The hotel provided excellent service and had a friendly staff. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient as it was close to motorways, making it a good choice for a stopover during travel. the breakfast provided a variety of options and the restaurant served good food with quality service.

The hotel lacked nearby amenities and was quite isolated, with limited options for dining or entertainment within walking distance. The AC in the bedrooms was ineffective and switching it on didn't help much, resulting in uncomfortably warm rooms.

Very good for a night on transit

The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the renovated rooms and bathrooms. The fixtures and fittings were of good quality and the windows and soft furnishings were replaced, making the room look clean and fresh. the hotel's location was convenient as it was close to the motorway junction, making it easy to access. the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The worst aspects of my stay at this hotel were the disappointing dinner and limited food options. The lack of choice for dinner was a letdown, with only a set menu available.

it was close to the dog show venue we were going to

toilet smelt of urine .condition of toilet and walls was bad, only allowed 2 t-bags for 1 room as i was explained to when i asked for more at reception, although there were 3 people staying in it.Needed extra pillows and it was as if we were asking for the receptionist to cut off her right arm

The hotel was located conveniently near the motorway, making it easy to access by car. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the breakfast was well-supplied with a good selection of food.

There weren't many restaurant options within walking distance from the hotel, forcing us to drive or take a taxi into town for dinner. the air conditioning wasn't as effective as we would have liked and sometimes the room was too hot or too cold.

The staff were very helpfull, and no sooner had we asked for a cot for the baby, it was in the room.

A bit further our from Lille than what we had thought, but there is a metro close by, so that saved having to drive in and find somewhere to park.

Clean, safe, in a quiet location near the French/Belgian border. Friendly staff, decent pool. Great value.

Good service & comfortable rooms

Despite its isolated location, the service provided at this hotel was fast and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with separate toilet and bathroom. The hotel also has some good facilities like a fitness room and sauna, which were clean and private.

The food at this hotel was boring and average, as well as expensive drinks at the bar. But the biggest downside was the loud and noisy environment, with parties continuing until the early hours of the morning.
